EpicApp currently doesn’t collect Titles when collecting reviews via Smart Calls. Only the star rating & review body is collected. This section is used to provide default titles for each star rating.
These default titles will be used in reviews only for following cases:
- When review is collected via Smart Call
- When no title has been provided by buyer for reviews collected over email.
Note:
Buyer can edit the title if “Review Editing / Validation Settings” is Enabled.
