Frequently asked questions

What counts as a "video view"?

A video view is any user interaction that starts playback — tapping a reel, opening a story, or expanding the floating card. Auto-plays in muted preview mode don’t count.

Yes — change your plan from the EpicApp dashboard inside Shopify. Upgrades take effect immediately and we carry forward the unused views. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Once your view limit is reached, your video widgets will stop displaying videos until your quota is renewed or recharged. You’ll never be charged automatically or billed for extra views. For uninterrupted service, you can enable Auto Recharge to automatically add more views when needed.

We don’t offer free trials on paid plans. However, our Forever Free plan lets you experience the app and its features before deciding to upgrade.
