What counts as a "video click"?
A video click is any user interaction that starts playback — tapping a reel, opening a story, or expanding the floating card. Auto-plays in muted preview mode don’t count.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes — change your plan from the EpicApp dashboard inside Shopify. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my click limit?
You’ll get a heads-up notification at 80% and 100% usage. Extra clicks continue to work without interruption — we’ll just suggest moving to the next plan.
