Set Re-Attempts for Smart Call

These settings help you set re-attempts for smart calls to collect product reviews. The re-attempts settings are applicable in following cases:

  1. If smart call unable to connect
  2. If smart call can connect but not picked up
  3. If smart call can connect but is disconnected
  4. If smart call connected but failed to collect the review

You can configure a max of 2 more re-attempts.

You can set the re-attempts to initiate from either ‘n’ minutes or hours or days after failed attempt.
