These settings help you set re-attempts for smart calls to collect product reviews. The re-attempts settings are applicable in following cases:
- If smart call unable to connect
- If smart call can connect but not picked up
- If smart call can connect but is disconnected
- If smart call connected but failed to collect the review
You can configure a max of 2 more re-attempts.
You can set the re-attempts to initiate from either ‘n’ minutes or hours or days after failed attempt.
