Order Detail Page

The order detail page opens when order number is clicked on the Orders Tab  –>  Order List page. The order detail page captures important details regarding the selected order for a quick summary. Various components of the order detail page are as below:

ORDER DETAIL SECTION:

This section captures following details:

  1. Location from where order has been placed.
  2. Image of product ordered.
  3. Quantity of product ordered.
  4. Title of product ordered.
  5. Price of product ordered.
  6. Total invoice value of product ordered.
CUSTOMER SECTION:

This section captures following details:

  1. Customer name who ordered the product.
  2. Contact information (email address and phone number) of the customer.
  3. Shipping address of the customer (city, state, and country).
  4. Billing address of the customer (city, state, and country).
TIMELINE SECTION:

This section captures various events that have happened since order has been placed. Some events are mentioned below (there are more events, below list is not exhaustive):

  1. <customer name> placed the order.
  2. 1st, 2nd, 3rd email attempt for review.
  3. Review collected via email.
  4. 1st, 2nd, 3rd call attempt for review.
  5. Review collected via call.
  6. Email Sent to Validate Review Collected on Call.
  7. Call picked.
  8. Call not picked.
