You can follow below guide step by step for quick setup of the EpicApp. These steps will just do the basic settings so that your App is ready to work its magic. For detailed and more minute settings, please check our Detailed Setup EpicApp page.
STEP 01:
Make a small change in shopify store settings so that you can collect customer phone numbers. Follow below sub steps:
Go to Store “Settings” page.
Go to “Checkout” sub section.
Go to “Customer Information” section.
Set “Shipping address phone number” to “Required”.
Click on “Save” on the bottom of the page.
STEP 02:
Enable the app from the “Settings” tab of the EpicApp.
STEP 03:
Enable “Smart Call Feature” from the “Settings” tab of the EpicApp.
STEP 04:
Enable the Frontend Review Widget under “Appearance Settings” tab of EpicApp.
STEP 05:
Enable App Embeds for EpicApp Product Reviews on theme customization settings:
Go to path Sales Channels > Online Store > Themes > Customize.
Click on “App Embeds”
Enable “EpicApp Product Reviews“
Click “Save”
STEP 06:
Add “Product Reviews” widget on your Product Page
Go to path Sales Channels > Online Store > Themes > Customize.
Open any product detail page from your product collection.
Go to “Sections” option
Click on Add Section at the bottom
Scroll down and choose “Product Reviews” by EpicApp from the APPS section.
Preview will come on right. Choose desired location.
Click on “Save“.
STEP 07:
Add “Product Average Ratings” Widget on your Product Page under Title
Go to Sections > Product Information > Add Block on the product detail page
Scroll down and click on APPS > Product Average Ratings
Drag the “Product Average Ratings” widget below the “Title”
Preview on the right
Click on “Save”
STEP 08:
Enable “Show Product Rating” on collection page
Go to collection page.
Click on “Sections”
Click on “Product Grid”
Check the “Show Product Rating” box.
Preview the widget.
Click on “Save”
