Customers Dashboard

The customers dashboard shows all the customers who have placed an order on your store after installation of EpicApp. Sub options are explained as under:

  1. Search Bar”: You can search through all columns to find a particular customer. The search bar uses “contains” filter.

  2. “More Filters”: If you wish to apply multiple filters together, for e.g. Location= USA and customer name contains Emily, same can be done from this button.

  3. “Add to Blacklist”: You can use this option to add multiple customers to blacklist in one go. EpicApp will not attempt review collection via any medium (call, email etc) from the customers who have been added in the blacklist.

  4. “Remove from Blackist”: You can use this option to remove multiple customers from blacklist in one go. EpicApp will attempt review collection from the customers who are not in the blacklist.
