Each review which has been collected by EpicApp via smart call or email are marked with “verified tag” if this option is enabled. The verified tag helps your store seem more transparent and instils confidence in customer that reviews are genuine & not fake.

Changing visibility of Verified Tag impacts the reviews that are collected since the app installed. If reviews are imported via csv, this setting has no impact on the same.

Changes can take up to 45 to 60 seconds to be reflected on your shopify store.
