EpicApp is on a mission to be the most epic app for collecting and displaying product reviews. We wish to be a single source for all tasks surrounding product reviews. We have clearly defined focus points as defined below in our mission.
After successfully running our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business, we transitioned ownership to a trusted partner. This strategic move allowed us to focus entirely on building expertise as a Shopify Partner, opening the door to new opportunities in e-commerce solutions and app development.
We began exploring potential opportunities by researching market gaps and customer needs. This phase helped us identify review collection and management as a space where we could deliver real value.
The idea for EpicApp was born, aiming to simplify how businesses collect and manage customer reviews. This stage laid the foundation for a solution focused on innovation, trust, and ease of use.
We built and finalized our Minimum Viable Product (MVP), turning early concepts into a working solution. This milestone marked the transition from idea validation to a functional platform ready for initial testing and feedback.
With the MVP completed, we submitted EpicApp to Shopify’s App Review team. This step was crucial in ensuring the app met Shopify’s quality, security, and performance standards before going live.
EpicApp officially went live on the Shopify App Store, making our solution available to merchants worldwide. This milestone marked the beginning of our journey to help businesses simplify review collection and build stronger customer trust.
